Super Healthy Workshop

Learn to grow and make fuss-free meals - for busy people and super moms!
This workshop gives you the know how's of growing your own food, and then using these produce to create simple yet flavourful meals for yourself and your family.

Hosted by Super Farmers chief Cynthea, she will teach you to use wholesome ingredients and by mixing and matching the different nutrient profiles of each ingredient to nourish the body.

Cynthea cooks without rules, and is mostly inspired by Middle Eastern flavours. She likes her food flavourful and nutritious, often going by this food mantra, "Fill precious stomach space only with wholesome food".

As a mom of two young kids, Cynthea has spent the past four years researching about food after her daughter nearly lost her life due to a food colouring allergy, and much of her time now revolves around the organic food and urban farming circuits. She also pursued a course in
Childhood Nutrition.

If you're a busy office warrior or a multi-tasking mom, then this workshop is for you. Eating healthily while being busy can be made easy with the right knowledge about food and knowing how to cook them simply.

Jointly presented by Super Farmers and Edible Gardens, you will be taught 3 healthy low-carb meals and a carb-free snack.

Our venue partner Edible Gardens will be teaching you the tips and tricks of growing your own food.

We'll have fun over tea time munching, chatting and learning. This is a communal learning experience, so everyone will chip in to get their hands dirty. Don't miss this!
